The Pad

The Pad is a brand new tower at Business Bay in Dubai, and it features a unique design that includes state-of-the-art technology and an incredible view. The building includes over 100 units with panoramic views of Dubai and the Burj Khalifa. The Pad has two towers, each with 10 floors. The first tower has 21 floors, while the second tower has 19 floors. Both towers include 3 elevators per floor.
