The Carrefour Market at The Ranches Souk is the only supermarket in Arabian Ranches 2 and fulfills the residents’ daily requirements. In the Layan Community, there is a ZOOM market and a Choitrams Supermarket.
Several communities are close to the sub-community. The Sustainable City is located on Al Qudra Road, directly beyond the Arabian Ranches 2 development. Diamond Developers constructed a 46-hectare real estate delivering an eco-friendly, cost-effective living.
Mudon, a massive neighborhood constructed by Dubai Properties, is another mega-project. It is only separated from Arabian Ranches II by Al Qudra Road. Mudon, like the Ranches, has various sub-communities that are popular for high-end living.
Despite its distance from the western shore, the apartment for sale in Arabian Ranches 2 is only a 20-minute drive from Dubai’s breathtaking 50-kilometer beach strip. Arabian Ranches 2 is close to Jumeirah Beach.
