Golf City is an off-plan project in Dubai World Central (Dubai South) developed in collaboration with Emaar Properties, the world’s leading real estate developer. Dubai Aviation City Corporation (DACC) and Emaar signed a memorandum in 2008 to begin construction on the Golf District. It will include two massive golf courses as well as opulent residential properties dedicated to the Aviation City’s golfers and professionals.
DWC is an innovative project that spans 140 square kilometers of land to the south of the mainland. Aside from the airport, it has a five-cluster multiphase development. Commercial City, Residential City, Aviation City, Golf City and Logistics City, will be among the phases.
The Golf District, which will be home to Dubai’s most anticipated golf courses, will include a luxury clubhouse, high-end restaurants, and driving ranges. A pro shop with golf uniforms and accessories will be situated in the clubhouse. In addition, the sub-community will open a 5-star boutique hotel to attract tourists to this area of Dubai.
Residents in apartments for sale in Golf City will find parking spaces in the basements of their villas. There would be enough parking space for more than one car, allowing visitors to park their cars easily. In addition, Golf City is in the process of establishing transportation.
The parent community will soon open a bus station on the EXPO 2020 site, and residents will be introduced to an innovative, environmentally friendly transportation system. F-55, Bus-8, and Bus-46, on the other hand, all run close by. Finally, Emirates Road E611 and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road E311 provide easy access to the arterial road network.
Carrefour Hypermarket has a branch in Remraam, which is 9 minutes away by car. Carrefour in The Ranches Souk, Carrefour City in Sports City, and Zoom in The Sustainable City is among the supermarkets near Golf City that are easily accessible within a few minutes.
D61 and D54 Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street connect Dubai Golf City to the surrounding residential districts of Mudon, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and Dubai Sports City. Its immediate neighbors are Arabian Ranches and Remraam.
Furthermore, between Emirates Road E611 and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road E311 is a new development. Those planning a picnic at the beaches close to the apartments for sale in Golf City should keep in mind that it will be a long drive. The JBR Marina Beach is 25 minutes away, and the Jumeirah Public Beach is 28 minutes away.
The international airport and 20,000-hectare golf courses will be major landmarks in the area once the project is completed. The most popular recreation spots in Dubai are 20 to 25 minutes away, but due to main road connectivity, they are easily accessible. Dubai Autodrome and Dubai Miracle Garden are two of them. In addition, the Trump International Golf Course and Clubhouse are close by.
There are currently spas or no gyms in Golf City. You can move to Remraam to discover a close fitness club. If you enjoy biking, the Bike Track DIP is just 11 min far. Since Golf City is named after a golf course, golf is expected to remain the area’s most popular outdoor activity. Mudon and Community parks in Remraam are also worth visiting.
The official EXPO 2020 site, which will host many major events and exhibitions, is the parent community. Aviation City also hosts the annual Dubai Air Show, which draws a big number of guests. Golf City is a part of DWC that is off the beaten path. However, it is well linked to major highways. It will be a sister neighborhood to Al Maktoum International Airport as region of the multiphase development.
On The Pulse Boulevard, the parent neighborhood will host The Pulse Mall. The project is presently under construction and once finished, it will provide a wealth of entertainment and shopping opportunities. Al Salam Town Centre and The Ranches Souk are two community centers and shopping malls currently located near apartments for sale in Golf City. The Ranches Souk in Arabian Ranches 2 is 13 minutes away, while Al Salam Town Centre in the neighboring Mudon community is the other option.
