RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) is going to reactivate the exams for real estate brokers as of 1/1/2023, based on Administrative Decision No. (1) of 2022 to raise the efficiency of real estate brokers and their knowledge of the laws and procedures relating to the real estate brokerage profession.

• In this exam, real estate brokers should adopt a minimum pass rate of 75%.
• Issuing new broker cards or renewing issued broker cards requires the exams to be passed annually.
