The Hills
The Hills is another project by Emaar Properties, the superior developer behind Arabian Ranches, Downtown Dubai, Emirates Hills, and a number of other communities. The Hills was first developed by Emaar Properties in 2013, and it comprises low-rise apartment towers with views of the Emirates Golf Club.
The availability of opulence apartments and its great position along the Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) expressway are two factors that contribute to its popularity among buyers and renters.

Community Overview
Emaar’s development is a mixed-use community including a hotel and residential component. Residents have access to a yoga lawn, a communal park, children’s play spaces, and a BBQ deck, among other amenities.
In The Hills, there are two residential mid-rise buildings, as well as the Vida Residence and Vida Hotel building, which delivers serviced residential hotel apartments. A Fresh Berry Store and a West Zone supermarket are both slightly further away yet within a 10-minute drive away.
The Hills Properties
Vida Residence, The Hills A, and The Hills C are the three sections of the residential communities. The apartments are available in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom layouts. The flats have sights of the Emirates Golf Club’s lush terrains, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), and Emirates Living neighborhoods comprising The Lakes and The Meadows.
The Vida Residence comprises two mid-rise buildings, one with the Vida Hotel and the other with well-furnished and serviced apartments. Residents have access to a security concierge 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and keycard security access. There is also on-call supervision, internet, high-speed elevators, and satellite/cable TV services available.

The larger 2-bedroom flats can be rented for around AED 125k per year, while 3-bedroom flats can cost up to AED 138k per year.
Transportation Facilities Of The Hills
The Hills’ prime location is a crucial aspect. It is near corporate centers such as Dubai Media City, JLT, Dubai Marina, and others, and is located along Sheikh Zayed Road’s Interchange No 5.
The DAMAC Properties metro station is the closest metro station to The Hills, which is about a 5-minute drive away. This station is on the Dubai Metro’s Red Line, which runs from Rashidiya to Jebel Ali and connects several important neighborhoods of Dubai. There are no public buses that serve The Hills; the nearest bus stop is in JLT, which can be difficult to access, especially during Dubai’s hot summer months. Taxis or premium cab applications such as Uber and Careem are the best options for residents.
