Community Overview
In comparison to its neighbor The Greens, The Views is a newer neighborhood. Because the area is newer, the buildings have more exclusive and luxurious amenities. The community is located near Emirates Golf Club on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to restaurants, universities, and several five-star hotels. Transportation Facilities In The Views
Parking is available both underground and outside at The Views. There is also street parking, as is customary.
Public transportation users can walk to Dubai Internet City or Nakheel Metro stations, depending on which end of The Views they live in. Alternatively, feeder buses F31 and F35 travel between The Meadows and The Springs communities and Dubai Internet City Metro station.
