Al Badaa is a small but attractive community. This family-friendly community is nestled between Al Satwa and Jumeirah 1, offering residents many nearby amenities comprising schools, leisure, and restaurants. Located in western Dubai, it is close to landmarks including the Etihad Museum and Jumeirah Mosque. Also, it is connected from the southern border to the urban mall, City Walk Dubai.
Additionally, residents have easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, E11, which links them to downtown. There are many amenities in Al Badaa, including public transportation routes, a Nesto Hypermarket, a Health Center, and an Al Wasl Park, along with many other amenities.
Al Badaa is a thriving community close to 2nd December Street (Al Diyafah Street) and Al Hudaiba Street – two exciting roads that have many amenities in close immediacy. You’ll find local eateries, international restaurants, shisha cafes, recreational areas, and a number of shopping centers in the area. Additionally, Lamer, Mercato, and Jumeirah public beaches are within easy reach.
